There is something unholy, unsettling, yet delicious about an untouched block of Velveeta. I love cooking with it. I love making grilled cheese sammiches with it. It's the meltiest. It's the cheesiest. It's it's raw, untouched form, it is... how can I put this? Do you remember the opening scene from 2001 where the monkeys around all banging and jumping around the monolith?
